The Cat House Rescue is a small group of foster homes in the Bradford area. Founded in July 2021, we have gone on to build a small but dedicated foster team, taking 100 cats in off the street each year.

Adopting a cat is a huge decision and a lifelong commitment, and the basics of neutering, vaccinations and microchipping are expensive. We subsidise those costs for you, covering the vet treatment your cat needs and providing the essentials as part of the adoption package.
Every cat is neutered or spayed before adoption. Kittens too young for the operation go home with a contract to return to our vets by four months old, paid for by the rescue.
Vaccinations cover the first year and every cat is checked by our vets. Any health issues are listed on their description, and vet records go home with the family.
All cats are microchipped and registered with Pet Trac at no extra cost to you, and are up to date with flea and worm treatment when they leave.

Every cat lives in an individual foster home, so we get to know them properly before they meet you.

Here at The Cat House Rescue we believe every cat deserves a chance. We have a strict no euthanasia policy. The only time we put a cat to sleep is when they are terminally ill, their illness has reached the point where they are suffering, and the kindest thing we can do is help them go in peace.
