- We are entirely volunteer run. We are not able to provide a phone number, because we do not have the volunteers to manage the number of calls we would get.
- If you have an unwell or injured cat, please contact your local vet. We are not an emergency service, we are not vets, and we cannot treat animals ourselves.
- Rude or abusive emails and messages will not be responded to.
